Photography
Here are photography options, designed to fit how farms, families, and small businesses in West Michigan operate.
Whether you come to our farm, have me come to you locally, or need extended travel coverage, each option is built to be straightforward, flexible, and aligned with real working environments and seasonal activity.
Photography for families who want to support our farm!
As we build our herd from the ground up with the goal of providing beef and milk to our local community, we are making a long-term investment of both time and resources. Photography is one of the ways we support and sustain that growth. If you would like to support Unbuttoned Farms by booking a session, here are the available photography options:
-
Photography Option 1: On-Farm Sessions (Donation-Based)
Unbuttoned Farms
Holland, Michigan 49423This option is designed for flexible, short-notice visits to the farm.
Sessions are not booked weeks in advance. You reach out the same day or within 48 hours by email at AmandaCarso@gmail.com to check availability. Availability varies based on schedule, weather, and current activity on the farm.
If timing aligns, you are welcome to visit. You may walk the property, spend time with the animals, and stay briefly or for a longer period. Sessions are not structured or timed.
A full gallery is included.
This is a donation-based model. Contributions typically begin around $65 and may extend beyond, depending on the nature of the visit, group size, or level of need. This structure allows flexibility for individuals, families, and larger groups, while also supporting those who choose to give more.
All donations directly support the continued development and expansion of Unbuttoned Farms. As participation increases, availability expands as well.
Large group or family sessions, as well as pets, are welcome with advance coordination. These are not available by walk-up.

Photography Option 2: On-Location Sessions (Local Coverage)
Within 45 miles of Holland, Michigan
This option is designed for farms, small businesses, and local operations seeking consistent, high-quality documentation of their space, products, and daily activity.
This may include agricultural operations, retail environments, food and beverage businesses, studios, and active workspaces. It is also well suited for seasonal opportunities in this region, including markets, farm stands, and high-traffic events such as the Tulip Time Festival.
Events like Tulip Time bring nearly one million visitors to Holland over a short period and contribute significantly to local business activity, creating strong demand for timely, professional imagery.
I travel to your location and document your environment and operations as they naturally occur. No staging or preparation is required.
You will receive a full gallery within 48 hours.
The rate is $330.
If I am already working in your area, additional availability may open on short notice.

Photography Option 3: Extended Travel / Day Rate
For locations outside a 45-mile radius of the farm, sessions are offered at a day rate.
This allows for expanded coverage, additional time on site, and accounts for travel requirements.
Rates begin at $550 and increase based on distance and vision. Consultations can happen via email, FaceTime or phone call.
